14hh, 9yo, sweet natured mare

This beautiful kind 14hh pony is available for sale to only the best of homes.

While I was working on a TV series, shooting the 2012 Kaimanawa muster, I spied this gorgeous young mare and couldn't leave her to potentially go to slaughter.

Not only was she the star of those two episodes but she continued to be part of the 13 episode series as Ceecee's diary, where we documented her from the wild through domestication and her first ride.

This process took just 2 weeks!  That is attributed to her willing, calm, natural temperament. 

She has had two foals that we are aware of, most likely more and both Poppy and Lily exhibit her fabulous willing nature.

She would suit a beginner due to her exceptionally peaceful disposition.  She is easy to handle and quiet to ride.  She is experienced at lead rein as well as being ridden off the lead.  But as she is exceptionally laid back she needs a bit of leg to get her going. 

She is excellent at hacking and follows along peacefully.  If other horses gallop off she would rather sit and watch from a distance but will join in at a slow pace if asked.

She has hacked and been schooled with us here at Brookby Heights who have been her only owners.
