Katie Bull

Katie came as a working pupil in 2013 for a few months work experience with horses and stayed on!!  Her commitment to the stud and her absolute reliability makes her an exceptional asset to the team.  Her organisation and attention to detail are exactly what is needed with horses, making sure every animal has the right care, at the right time to ensure the happiest horses.

She has also enjoyed learning to ride the client's horses who come to us with behavioural problems, showing a calmness around them which is pivotal and with her reliability and steady approach has also been outstanding in the breaking in of many horses, both Brookby Heights youngstock and client's horses.

Katie also enjoys competing in eventing, dressage, show jumping and show hunter on her own horses, Mascarponey and Livanto BHS and is the first person I have entrusted my own horses to to take out without me and compete!!  That's saying a lot! 


As if trusting her to take my horses off property and compete wasn't enough, she has also been extremely successful, winning across all disciplines further proving that dedication to detail, a strong work ethic and patience are what you need.
